Brendon Prince will be undertaking the official world record attempt to circumnavigate mainland Britain by Stand Up Paddle Board. By being the first to ever complete this challenge, Brendon will also complete the world record for longest ever journey by SUP.
Brendon grew up on a farm in South Wales, with the sea (Severn Estuary) less than a mile from his front door. Unfortunately, the Severn is a rather muddy and uninviting so Brendon spent all his junior years in the river that boarders his family home. Building home made rafts, swimming and generally messing about in the water was a daily adventure.
We are encouraging our CSUK members and friends on the coast to support Brendon and the team as they pass by. It is really difficult to plan too far ahead and pin point where or when Brendon will be with conditions changing all the time. The best way to track Brendon progress is via the tracking page on The Long Paddle website – www.thelongpaddle.co.uk/route/
You can get in touch with Brendon and the team through their social media

Brendon is doing The Long Paddle to raise awareness of the importance of water safety and raise funds for his charity Above Water. He is also raising funds for four other charities, Surf Life Saving GB, RNLI, The Wave Project and Christian Surfers UK.
